Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same process by contacting us via email. We will confirm availability and provide instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive the item, we will ship the exchange.
4. Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@karismajewels.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
